Good to see that the Rental market is so strong

One good bit of news - seems to be coming out that the Rental market is still very strong. Recent ARLA figures - see links “Private Rented Sector Continues To Flourish” - from 9th September, back this up. Void periods are less than 4 weeks a year and tenancies are longer than 16 months. Prices being paid are also increasing. Full details on the link.
