New Government Guidelines on allowing time to commission an EPC

It seems that UK has experienced energy price hikes twice that of our European neighbours. The graph shows these findings. It’s now more than ever more important to be as energy efficient as we can.

Does anybody really like low energy light blubs?

I’ve surveyed a few properties now and I’ve yet to find a property close to 100% with low energy light. I must admit that in our house there’s a real hate of the type of light they emit. I surveyed a 4 bed detached house today and just 17% were low energy type lights.

Has anybody surveyed a property with all lights - low energy light?
