79% ignore EPC findings

Early findings of the survey of property professionals and energy assessors show that only 21% of property professionals asked energy assessors to implement recommendations made in the energy performance certificate (EPC) or display energy certificate (DEC).
Well its a start and can only get better.

Small Pub

An email came in today from a small but old pub that needs a new tenant. Unfortunately I could only survey the living accommodation and not the rest of the pub. I don’t have the commercial Energy Assessment accreditation. I have surveyed 3 conversion flats above an old pub that’s now a small conveience store - but not lucky this time.
If anybody wants some commercial EA work in Herts - I can put you in touch.
