Small Pub
An email came in today from a small but old pub that needs a new tenant. Unfortunately I could only survey the living accommodation and not the rest of the pub. I don’t have the commercial Energy Assessment accreditation. I have surveyed 3 conversion flats above an old pub that’s now a small conveience store - but not lucky this time.
